Goodbye Boy Kitty

Last week we lost Boy Kitty.
Since the thyroid treatments we knew he was on borrowed time.
We loved him, and he showed us that he loved us every day.
We miss his courage and good humor and bossiness every day.

I am sorry for you.
He was a particularly handsome cat, and I am not a cat person. If I were to have a cat, it would be one who looked like him.
The dog I had while growing up drowned in my next door neighbor’s pool. Seems he walked across the cover (it was winter) and got trapped underneath, and floundered for God only knows how long. To this day, my mom and I can’t stand to think about it or discuss it.
I am relieved your Boy Kitty had good treatment from people who loved him and took care of him as best they could.
Eventually, you just have to know when to let go, and I am sorry for you that the time came.
